Manchurian sauce is a brown sauce, prepared with brown soya sauce ,fresh tomato puree and spicing it with chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. The tangy sauce became very popular and vegetarian

Spice Level : Medium to Spicy
Colour and consistency : Brown tangy sauce with chopped ginger , coriander and chopped tomato flavour . Gravy is very tasty to go with noodles or fried rice.
Other Info : Other than Gobi (cauliflower locally available in Singapore) and baby corn, this gravy is very good for orders in caterings as well.
Accompaniment : Sweet corn curd balls in dry manchurian , gobi manchurian dry and any other dry dish in this sauce are excellent starters with drinks, beer, liquor, fancy cocktails and mocktails
