Kasundi is pickled mustard sauce painstakingly prepared by our Chef in a long process. Mixed of Bengal black mustard and yellow mustard pasted and pickled with raw mango is an exotic preparation of Fifth Season Tangra Chinese.

Fish Kasundi Paneer Kasundi Prawn

 

It makes an excellent starter dish at Fifth Season Tangra Chinese.  Vegetarians must try dishes like Paneer Pickled mustard , mock chilli chicken pickled mustard , or Sweet corn curd balls in tangy mustard sauce for a change at Fifth Season.

Fish Kasundi is exotic starter followed by Prawn Pickled mustard and chicken Pickled mustard. Prawn and Fish is best suited to the sauce due to its sweet and soft texture well blending into the kasundi (pickled mustard). The sauce will have enhanced flavour during start of the mango season as raw mango combined with the mustard left to be season in sun is a taste which will leave its effect in minds for long. We are passionate about food and each addition of new dish must stand to its expectation !
