Coming up recipe for Tibetan Momos

Award Winning Best Dish of the year 2009 in Singapore Food Festival organised jointly by Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Indian Restaurant Association of Singapore (IRAS).

Believe it or not ! The recipe looks simple but it is not easy to fold them. It needs practice to make them in nice shapes.

Momos can be served as starters and generally they are liked by everyone. They are tasty option and healthier than fried starters.

Please email us your interest at Fifth Season - Contact us if you wish to learn them from our expert chef and we will organise a live demo. You can fold them, steam them and take them home for treating your family members. There will be small charge between S$18/- to $20/- for the material cost including 5 pcs of momos complimentary on the house.
