support from last three years. Many of our guests wanted to
have recipes of their favourite dishes which were published by
the only and reputed Indian Expat Magazine in Singapore ‘INDIA
SE’ in their May 2009 Issue. If you have missed them before you

Coming up recipe for
Tibetan Momos
Award Winning Best Dish of the year 2009 in
Singapore Food Festival organised jointly by Singapore Tourism
Board (STB) and Indian Restaurant Association of Singapore
(IRAS). Believe it or not ! The recipe looks
simple but it is not easy to fold them. It needs practice to
make them in nice shapes.
Momos can be served as starters and generally they are liked by
everyone. They are tasty option and healthier than fried
starters.
Please email us your interest at if you wish to learn
them from our expert chef and we will organise a live
demo. You can fold them, steam them and take them home for
treating your family members. There will be small charge
between S$18/- to $20/- for the material cost including 5
pcs of momos complimentary on the house.
